Canada
From the classroom to a career
How study, graduate work experience and permanent residence connect — and the choices in the final year that keep each door open.
A Student Herald initiative · seminars for students in their final years
Mr. Stephen, a licensed Canadian immigration practitioner, visits schools and universities in person to show final-year students what comes after the diploma: the real routes to study, work and a career — in Canada and beyond.
A Student Herald initiative
The Student Herald is the publication for students — their stories, events and voices — and Mr. Stephen is its managing director. These seminars take that work from the page into the classroom, to the students about to graduate.
The seminar
Canada
How study, graduate work experience and permanent residence connect — and the choices in the final year that keep each door open.
Beyond Canada
A practitioner’s way to weigh destinations: what each route asks of you, what it gives back and how to tell a real pathway from a sales pitch.
Career
Language scores, credential assessment, a Canadian-ready résumé and where employers actually look — worked out while there is still time.
Why students listen
Mr. Stephen has represented clients before the Canadian immigration system since 1993, and holds a licence anyone can look up on the College’s public register. He is not a recruiter and has nothing to sell from the stage.
His seminars rest on the same data and reporting the group publishes every week — the draws, the figures, the changes — so what students hear is current, not a brochure.
Invite Mr. Stephen
Students, parents and the staff who guide them: tell us who you are and what you would like to know. A seminar for your institution starts with this one message.
